What comes to mind when you hear the phrase “high intensity training”?
- Terrifying?
- Daunting?
- What if I decline?
We all know how much time it takes to build muscle, but how many of us know how much time it takes to build muscle to the point of exhaustion? Isn’t that exciting? Before we can get too excited, here’s a look at our house over the last week.
We kicked off the weekend with a barbecue and a large group of people. Unfortunately, the rain forced us to stay indoors, but we still had a great time. Jon as well as I spent an entire day working on various projects on Saturday. We started the day with a three-mile run and then spent the majority of the day reorganising our house. After rearranging some few pieces of furniture, we discovered a tonne of extra space, but I also discovered a slew of dust bunnies which needed to be removed. We were both exhausted by the end of the day on Saturday, as such we watched a film as well as went to bed early. The usual church and Wegman’s outings were followed by a trip to Walmart on Sunday. Happy hour just at neighbours’ house ended our weekend of laziness and boredom.
